How do I activate?
How does delivery take place?
Delivery times may vary from game service to game service. Typically, you will receive your product within 5 minutes of payment for most games. On very hectic days, the delivery time can take up to 1 hour. Usually you will have the product you purchase from us within ~ 5-25 minutes! We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and PaysafeCard.
Each game service has different activation methods. Fortunately, we have made it very easy for you as a customer to activate your product on the various services. Only thing you have to do is read the activation guide that comes with the product you are purchasing. If you are unsure which service your game is activated on, refer to the information on the different product pages.

My purchase is "Pending Confirmation"
"Waiting for confirmation" is a temporary transaction block of our security system. Instructions to confirm your order are available on the "My Orders" page and sent by email.
This is not a mandatory step, so if you do not wish to confirm the transaction, we may naturally cancel your order and refund you.
Problems with a code (invalid or already used)
Follow the instructions. You need to make sure you are on the right platform (Steam, Uplay, Origin, etc).

If your code appears as already used, don't worry, we have you covered.

To speed up the process, please send us a screenshot of the error you get with the code. Do not crop or edit the image.
Payment accepted, purchases not received
All digital purchases are placed in "My Orders". We do not send physical DVDs, we only provide access to digital downloads.
If you have purchased a physical product or PS 4 product, the delivery time will be 7-14 days based on where we ship the goods from.

Each of your purchases also has instructions next to your code. Please follow them.
Performance issues with games
Since we do not develop the software we sell, we cannot take responsibility for performance issues that you may experience even if the system meets the requirements. Contact the developer.
Refunds can only be issued if the code is not redeemed/activated. Once the code is redeemed, it is not possible to refund or other compensation.
"Pending refund" means that our system processes the request before it actually issues the refund. This process takes around 24 hours.
If you would like to request a refund for an unused code, you can do so by tapping Contact Support below. Do not forget to mention the exact code in question.

Why pre-order a game before release?
- The purchase price is guaranteed even if it goes up during the pre-order period.
- Priority delivery on release date.
- If possible, you will early access to the pre-populated game.
- If the price goes down before release, you will be refunded the difference.
Have I pre-ordered correctly?
Pre-orders appear in the "My Orders" section as a regular purchase, but with a status of "Pre-order".
When will my pre-order be available?
Pre-orders will be delivered at any time before the end (midnight) of the day of release.
We often manage to deliver pre-orders the day before the official release to allow pre-loading of the game, but this is not 100% guaranteed.
Is the pre-order bonus or beta access included?
Our suppliers do not receive codes for bonuses from developers, nor do we. The same goes for closed betas.
If any bonus is included, it will be stated in the description. In case no bonus is mentioned, no one will be included.

Can I install my game on another computer?
Yep! As long as you sign in to the same platform account, your games will be available on that device.
Why is the download so slow?
This depends on several factors that are unfortunately beyond our control. Access to the network can peak several times during the day, which can affect the speed of the download.
It may also be useful to close applications running in the background of your PC that can interfere with the download (such as Windows' automatic update, torrents, etc.)
I'm not sure if the game can run on my pc
On the product pages for these games, you can often see the system requirements for your computer. Another option is to view the site http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/. From here you can select the game from the list and press "can I run it?".
My game doesn't work!
Since all computers are composed of different parts, it can be difficult for us to help.
A typical problem may be that the drivers for the graphics card need to be updated, either via nVidia or AMD sites.
There are also a wide range of other possible causes, and we therefore recommend that you contact the game manufacturer directly to resolve the issue.
I deleted my game. How do I download it again?
Your games will always be available on the platform you bought it for. Just log in to that platform, where you have the option to download your game again. There are usually no restrictions on how many times you can download your games.
How do I update my game?
Manual updates are fortunately a relic of the past. Almost all platforms keep the games up to date.
